Care & Services

Primary Care

Good primary care is about more than treating what brings you in today. It is having a physician who knows your history, understands your priorities, and is there for the routine questions, unexpected concerns, and changing health needs along the way.

Personalized

A physician who knows your whole history

Concierge primary care is personal - our physicians care for fewer patients so they have more time for each individual. That means longer conversations, easier access when something comes up, and a doctor who gets to know your health over time. Instead of starting from the beginning at every visit, you can focus on what has changed, what is concerning you, and what comes next.

Coordinated

Care that goes beyond the office

Your relationship with your physician does not stop when you leave our office. When specialists are needed, we help coordinate the details, so you are not left navigating them alone. If you are hospitalized or headed to the ER, your doctor will stay connected with the hospital team and help you understand what comes next.

Looking ahead

An annual physical to plan the year ahead

It starts with an unhurried annual physical. Your physician reviews your history, family history, and risk factors, orders screenings and lab work, and talks through what the results mean. Between physicals, follow-up is built in. Your physician keeps track of the numbers that matter for you and adjusts the plan as your life changes.

What should I expect at my annual physical?

Our doctors devote a great deal of time to getting to know you. Our new patient appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes. At your first consultation and subsequent annual check-ups, you will spend extensive time exploring your medical history, family background, and work and life experience, as well as doing your physical exam, and performing whatever blood tests or routine diagnostic tests are needed. Our doctors are readily available to help you with any new issues that arise after your visit or to help with problems that require ongoing attention. The care plan may include:

  • Comprehensive labs drawn in our office by our experienced phlebotomist
  • Full screenings include family history evaluation and complete past medical history review
  • Full Testing Protocols including, EKG, Pulmonary Function Tests, Audiology and more
  • Full explanation of any recent test results, discussion of health risk factors for cancer & heart disease, laboratory results review, and overall wellness & prevention planning
  • Sign up for patient portal via My Chart, which allows for online review of all lab results, diagnostic results and after visit summary for each appointment
What do I do when I need a specialist?

To ensure continuity of care, we will help coordinate all specialist referrals. We feel communication between primary care physicians and sub-specialists is crucial to your health. While we help you navigate the process, it is usually necessary for you to call the specialist office to schedule an appointment. Our physicians will stay in close contact with your specialist before, during and after any referrals to ensure you are receiving the care you need.
