Our phones connect straight to staff familiar with your care, not a call center or a phone menu. You'll receive your physician's cell phone number and email for emergencies, and when you are sick, a same-day or next-day appointment with your own doctor is always available. Each physician keeps a small number of members on purpose, so there is room in the schedule for you when you need it.
What you need, in one place
Routine care happens in a single visit, in our office. Vaccines, injections, immunizations, EKGs, pre-op testing, lab work, and viral testing are all done here, so you are not sent across town for the basics. Your results and appointments live in the MyChart patient portal, where you can see them the moment they are ready.
Unhurried attention
We make time for you with 90-minute new patient appointments. Depending on your needs, physicals can take 60 to 90 minutes. Our doctors hold privileges at Sibley Memorial Hospital in D.C. and Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, so your own doctor can visit you during a stay. When your care involves specialists, we coordinate the pieces so you are not left to manage them alone.

What membership covers
Membership is $3,100 annually. It provides the access, time, and attention you deserve and is what allows your physician to keep a small panel so they're available when you need them. We continue to bill insurance and Medicare for your visits; the membership is what makes the rest of the experience possible.
